Who We Are:

ITOC is an on-going critical professional development space designed to support wellbeing, strengthen racial literacy, and cultivate racial justice leadership, centering the experiences and needs of teachers of Color who work in K-12 public schools that serve students of Color.  A unique collaboration between the disciplines of Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, and Ethnic Studies, this fellowship rigorously selects and supports approximately 150 ITOC Fellows each year.
